The Department of Computer Science was started in the year 1996. With the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science. With rapidly evolving technology and the continuous need for innovation the department has always produced quality professionals, holding important positions in Information Technology industry in India and abroad.

The Department of Computer Science has its vision to produce quality engineers with high ethical and professional standards for various engineering and allied fields with essential knowledge in computer and technology. The faculty of COMPUTER SCIENCE ensures students participation and contribution towards a computer and technology environment with the enhanced features our core mission.

It is the systematic study of the feasibility, structure, expression, and mechanization of the methodical processes (or algorithms) that underlie the acquisition, representation, processing, storage, communication of, and access to information, whether such information is encoded in bits and bytes in a computer memory or transcribed engines and protein structures in a human cell. A computer scientist specializes in the theory of computation and the design of computational systems.

Presently, the department is ably supported by 8 dedicated and qualified faculty members. The faculty members are pursuing higher educational programmers at reputed universities to elevate their knowledge in the current scenario of research.

We conducted many number of symposium. Yearly once we are conducting symposium and technical seminar.
